For people who run a business of one
Small tools for the paperwork that eats your evenings.
You didn’t start a business to chase invoices, re-type orders or remember who you owe a reply. PlainPost builds one plain tool per chore. Each one does its job quietly, shows you what it will send before it sends it, and stays out of your way.

Every tool is in development. Where it says “Reserve a spot”, $1 holds your place and comes off your first month; if we don’t launch, you get it back without asking. The waitlist is one email when it launches, nothing else.
How we build
One job per tool
No suite, no dashboard to learn. Each tool does one chore and does it every time.
You see it before it goes out
Anything that emails a customer, tenant or client shows you the message first, signed with your name.
Built on what you already use
Stripe, Etsy, your bank alerts, your inbox. Nobody you work with has to install anything.
Plain prices, no trackers
One monthly price on every page. These pages set no cookies and load no ad trackers.
Why reserve before it exists?
We build the tools people actually ask for. Each page here explains one tool in full: what it does, what it costs and what it never does. When enough people reserve a spot or join the waitlist, we build it and email you your start date. If a tool doesn’t get built, reservations are refunded and the waitlist gets one email saying so.
