Questions, and honest limits
Do you connect to my Etsy account?
No. We never ask for your Etsy login. We only read the sale emails you forward.
Is this an Etsy app?
No. PlainPost is independent and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.
What if an email is missing a detail?
The order goes in a “Check on Etsy” box at the top of the sheet. We don’t guess at a color or a name.
Orders with several items?
Each item gets its own line in its own group, with the order number and ship-by date beside it.
Cancellations and changes?
We only know what’s in the emails you forward. If a buyer cancels or changes an order, strike it on the sheet or forward the message and we’ll update the next one.
More than one shop?
One shop per plan at launch.

It holds your spot and comes off your first month. PlainPost Order Sheet starts for you by October 28, 2026. If we don’t launch by then, we refund the $1 without you having to ask. Want out before then? Reply to your receipt.
Privacy, in plain words
- We keep: order numbers, item titles, options, personalization text, quantities and ship-by dates from the emails you forward.
- We strip buyers’ shipping addresses and contact details when the email arrives. The sheet doesn’t need them.
- No Etsy login, ever.
- We don’t sell or share your data, and there are no ad trackers on this page.
- Delete your account and everything goes with it.
