For one-location service businesses

Ask every customer for a Google review, and answer the bad ones the same week.

Mark a job done and the customer gets one polite request with your review link. When a new review lands, PlainPost drafts a reply for you to check and post.

Jordan K. · “Showed up an hour late and didn’t call.”
Hi Jordan, thank you for telling us, and I’m sorry we were late without a call. That’s not how we want to run. If you’re open to it, please reach me directly so I can hear more.

Why it’s different

  • One ask per job, the same for everyone

Every finished customer gets the same short request with your Google review link, plus at most one reminder. That’s what Google’s rules require.

  • A reply draft for every new review

Good or bad, each new review gets a short, specific draft reply. You check it and post it. Nothing is posted for you.

  • No marketing suite to buy

Just review requests and replies. It works alongside whatever you use for jobs and invoices.

“Only 9.8% of one-star reviews ever got a reply, and the reply came after 19.5 days on average.”

How it works

  1. Add your review link2 minutes

Copy the “Ask for reviews” link from your Google Business Profile and paste it in. Write your request once, or use ours.

  2. Mark jobs doneA tap

Tap Done in your daily email, forward a paid-invoice email, or upload a list. The request goes out the next morning.

  3. Paste your new reviews1 minute

Paste a new review in and get a draft reply to edit and post on Google. A direct Google connection comes later, if Google approves it.

Setup takes under 5 minutes.

Questions, and honest limits

Does it only ask happy customers?

No. Every finished customer gets the same request. Picking only happy customers (review gating) and offering rewards for reviews are against Google’s rules, and we do neither.

Does it post replies for me?

No. It drafts; you post. At launch you paste new reviews in and copy the draft back to Google. A direct connection needs Google’s approval, and we’ll tell you if and when it’s on.

Do customers get more than one email?

At most two: the request and one reminder a few days later. Every email has a one-click opt-out.

Does it text customers?

Email only at launch. Texting needs your business number registered with the carriers first.

Will reply drafts make promises for me?

No. Drafts thank, acknowledge and invite the customer to get in touch. They never offer refunds, discounts or admit fault. You edit before posting.

What does the $1 reservation do?

It holds your spot and comes off your first month. PlainPost Reviews starts for you by October 28, 2026. If we don’t launch by then, we refund the $1 without you having to ask. Want out before then? Reply to your receipt.

Privacy, in plain words

  • We keep: your customer names and emails for finished jobs, your request wording, and the reviews you paste in.
  • Customer emails are used only to send your review request and one reminder.
  • We don’t sell or share your data, and there are no ad trackers on this page.
  • No login to Google is needed at launch.
  • Delete your account and everything goes with it.
