For solo plumbers, electricians and handymen
Every new lead gets a reply in minutes, and a follow-up until they book.
And every finished job gets a review request. You write the messages once. PlainPost sends them while you’re on the job.
- New lead · website form
“Water heater leaking in the basement” - Your reply sent · “Thanks, Dana. I can take a look tomorrow morning…”
- Follow-up sent · “Still want that looked at?”

Why it’s different
A reply in minutes, in your words
Every lead that comes in by email or web form gets your reply within minutes, sent under your business name.
Follow-up that knows when to stop
Up to 3 polite follow-ups over 10 days. They stop the moment the customer replies or books.
Review requests without the add-on
Mark a job done and the customer gets a short request with your Google review link the next morning.
“I was clear that reviews and referrals were important to me, but I didn’t realize until after signing up that reviews cost an extra $39 a month and referrals are another $29.”
For comparison: Jobber lists its Marketing Suite add-on, which includes reviews and referrals, at $99/month on its pricing page (checked 28 September 2026). Source.

Questions, and honest limits
Which leads does it work with?
Leads that reach your email with the customer’s email address: your website form, direct emails, and directory notifications that include contact details. When a directory hides the customer’s email, we remind you to reply instead.
Does it text customers or answer calls?
Email only at launch, and it never answers calls. Texting needs your business number registered with the carriers first, and we’ll tell you before we add it.
Will it make up answers to customers?
No. It sends only the messages you wrote. When a customer asks a question, the thread comes straight to you. It never quotes a price or promises a time.
How do review requests work?
Every finished customer gets the same short request with your Google review link. We never offer discounts for reviews and never screen out unhappy customers, because Google’s rules forbid both.
Can customers opt out?
Yes. Every follow-up has a one-click opt-out, and follow-ups stop on any reply.
Does it replace Jobber or Housecall Pro?
No. It doesn’t do quotes, invoices or scheduling. It does lead replies, follow-ups and review requests, and works alongside whatever you use now.
What does the $1 reservation do?
It holds your spot and comes off your first month. PlainPost Follow-Up starts for you by October 28, 2026. If we don’t launch by then, we refund the $1 without you having to ask. Want out before then? Reply to your receipt.
